1.Product description
DH series separator as the automatic control equipment with features of high speed, stable, closed and efficient, is mainly used in the 2 phase separation of milk, beer, beverage and medicine industry etc. Meanwhile, depending on different users’ requirements, it is also applicable for separating two liquids that have different specific gravities, or liquid and solid in such industries as light industry, chemical, medicine and food, etc.

To separate, laminate or sedimentate the solid particles in liquid by getting different sedimentation speeds under centrifugal force field for light/heavy phase or solid phase that are of different densities and not solvable each other in liquid mixture (turbid liquid).

4.3 Drum
The drum is a component to separate material and rotates at high speed, is the heart of the separator. It gets power by fitting with the vertical shaft through hi-precision taper. Each part of the drum is numbered before shipping, they shall not be interchanged. The disk sets are assembled in sequence on the distributor, the disks and drum cover are held on the drum body by the disk glands.
