The LW520 centrifuge is a new model launched by our factory based on years of research and manufacture of centrifuges, according to the characteristics of domestic production processes. The new model with international advanced level has been developed based on the characteristics of solid and liquid two-phase separation in monosodium glutamate, alcohol, non-metallic ore and similar production processes.

This manual describes the characteristics, structural principle, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance, machine lubrication, maintenance, failure analysis and analysis of LW520 centrifuge Exclusions, electrical systems, wearing parts, etc. will be explained, and the user unit is expected to read this manual carefully for reference of installation and use. The names and numbers of each component in this manual are compiled and named according to our relevant standards.

Applications

The 3-phase decanter separates which contains oil into an oil phase, solids and virtually oilfree waste water. Because of its high dry matter, the solids can be recycled relatively easily. In addition, the solids concentration in the waste water is lower than would be the case if nozzle separators are used in conventional process.
