Product Application
DB series disc Separators are full automatic control equipments which have high speed, run steady, hermetic and high efficiency. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize chemical reaction between the materials to be separated and part surface contacted. The separated light phase material will be output by centripetal pump, maximum output pressure can get to 0.3MPa. This machine is fed upper, so it has very low inlet pressure for materials.
Operation Principle
The separated material will be input into the heart of the separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the material passes the separation partition consists of disk string, the solid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move toward the big end along disk wall, accumulate at the residue-settling area, and be discharged regularly; The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move toward the small end along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump, and output by it.
