DPF935 disc separator is the main equipment used in the big starch process industry.

DPF935disc separator with the upper belt transmission structure, and adopt the upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, using nozzle discharge. So it is benefits significantly higher than other structures of the starch separators, and is the largest models which used in disc separator currently.

Product structure

The separator mainly consists of base, cantalever, hydraulic oil cylinder, motor ram, main axis suspension device, drum, upper volute and lower volute, etc.

Drum is composed of drum axis, disk rack, drum body, drum cover, seal ring, disk, refluence pipe, diffluence pipe and nozzle. The drum is connected to main axis through its big nut.
