High Capacity 501-1000l/h 3200 RPM Easy To Operate Stainless Steel Decanter Centrifuge for Aging Oil Treatment
The three-phase separation decanter centrifuge is a fully enclosed, fully automatic and continuous process for the treatment of aging oil. This product has been successfully used in Daqing Oilfield and Liaohe Oilfield.
The aging oil from the storage tank has a high viscosity due to long deposition time, requiring heating and demulsifier addition to reduce viscosity. The aged oil enters the three-phase decanter centrifuge through the pump, where high-speed rotation creates large centrifugal force. This separates components by density:
- High-density solids (sludge) settle on the drum wall
- Two liquid phases form concentric cylinders (oil in inner layer, water in outer layer)
- Liquid ring thickness is adjustable via liquid adjusting plate
- Sludge is conveyed by screw to discharge port for removal
- Separated oil and water are transported through dedicated pipelines
- Washing and dehydration of starch
- Dehydration of soybean wheat proteins
- Dehydration of fish meal and fish
- Dehydration of brewers' grains
- Purification of juice and dehydration of fruit fiber
- Separation and purification of animal and vegetable oil
