SXS-40 is an aqueous solution of sodium xylenesulfonate, which is widely used in the manufacturing of daily cleaning products. It is a new and efficient low toxicity detergent solubilization and conditioning agent. It can be used as a solubilizer in detergents, as well as a component of dry cleaning agents, fungicides, metal processing cleaning agents, etc. Sodium dimethylbenzenesulfonate is used in liquid detergents as a coupling agent, water-soluble enhancer, homogenizer, dispersant, and can reduce cloud point and viscosity.
