DT-2 Battery Powder Tap Density Tester, referring to the national standard GB/T5162-2021 and YS/T 677-2008 lithium manganese oxide industry standard, increases the amplitude to 50mm, and is suitable for powders with poor general amplitude tap density.

Product Features

2) The vibration height is 50mm, and the vibration frequency is fixed at 60 times/min, which is higher than the conventional amplitude and has a better vibration effect, especially suitable for powders such as battery materials.
3) The vibration number is adjustable from 1 to 9999 times, and the vibration number is set by the microcomputer timer.

Special technical software
The special software for the vibration density meter is randomly attached. The software can be installed on any computer. The values recorded in the test are entered into the software to directly calculate the vibration density and bulk density of the powder. The data report can be viewed online, converted to PDF, Word, Excel electronic documents for storage, and paper reports can also be printed online.
