Welding Turning Rolls  

 The ZT series self-aligning roller bed includes one power frame roller bed and idler frame roller bed. The roller bed below 40T adopts helical-worm & single stage cycloidal pin wheel decelerator, and over 40T adopts single stage cycloidal pin wheel & helical-worm decelerator.

The roller angle can be automatically adjusted as per the workpiece diameter, for different workpiece supporting and driving.

Special designed groove type steel core rubber roller with big friction, long life and big load capacity.

Adopting imported transducer controlling, with wide range speed adjusting, high precision and big starting moment.

The controlling system has the synchronized movement interface with column and boom and has remote controller, easy and reliable.
