2) Equipment introduction:
The special automatic welding machine for dual torch circumferential seams of axle head on axle housing is mainly used in automatic welding of double circumferential seams of rear axle housing and axle heads at both ends. The metal CO2 gas shielded welding process is taken, the welding process of 1-3 layers can be realized. The penetration of seams and the width of seams can be effectively controlled. The welding mainframe is in the sliding-door style protection, the top-notch jig tool is used to position the center line of axle housing; the workpiece rotates, the welding torch is put in place automatically to carry out automatic welding, and both torches make welding at the same time. The whole set of equipment features simple operation, convenient setting of welding parameters, high level of automation and etc. Mature welding process and equipment manufacturing process are taken.
