2) Equipment introduction:
The robot workstation is mainly used in automatic welding of looped-type and profiled seams at the middle section of axle housing of medium and heavy driving axle and rear cover with the layout of double working positions. The combination mode of one set of welding robots + two sets of double-axle welding positioners is taken. Two working positions make it available to make reserved welding. When welding is made at one working position, the assembling and disassembling of workpiece can be made at the other working position. It can improve the utilization rate and the production efficiency of robot effectively.
