1) Welding object:

2) Equipment introduction:
The double robot welding workstation for Y-shape longitudinal seams of axle housing is mainly used in automatic welding of longitudinal seams of half rear axle housing and triangle. The metal CO2 gas shielded welding process is used. The axle housing is positioned and clamped with special tools, and robot carries out automatic welding. After single-sided welding is completed, the axle housing is reversed 180° through positioner for the welding of other side. Two robots carry out welding of Y-shape longitudinal seams at both sides of the axle housing at the same time. Two robots are assembled at the base of robot, and two sets of head-and-tail style positioners are placed at both sides of the robots with the layout of double working position. The whole set of equipment features simple operation, convenient setting of welding parameters, high level of automation and etc. Mature welding process and equipment manufacturing process are taken.
