1. Introduction
1.1. Application:
ZF-1000 longitudinal seam automatic welding lathe is a standard product which designed and manufactured by our company, with a piano type clamping device to provide consistent and even clamping force, and cooling workpiece meantime, thus reduce distortion and over welding, moreover one-side welding with back formation is achieved.
1.1.1. Base material: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, heat resisting alloy, titanium alloy and others.
1.1.2. Shape of workpiece: cylindrical, conical, boxlike, laminar etc.
1.2. Components:
It’s a cantilevered structure, main components include lathe bed, pneumatic piano type clamping device, guiding beam, mandrel, electric carriage, pneumatic lifter, torch 2-D adjusting mechanism, pneumatic system and electrical control system etc. pneumatic piano type clamping device and copper backing evenly clamp the workpiece, 2-D adjusting mechanism is used to regulate the welding initial position.
1.3. Welding Process:
It can constitute an automatic welding system with TIG/MIG/MAG/PAW/SAW or other welding source and torch.
