Brief introduction of industrial turntable
The welding positioner can rotate and tilt that makes the workpiece at the best welding position. It normally works with welding manipulator, special welding machines to realize the automatic welding of complicated workpieces.
Our company has several series positioner:HB series single seat positioner, HBS series double-seat positioner, HBT series positioner, HBL series L-type industrial turntable and SPH series industrial turntable
HB series single-column welding positioner
This industrial turntable which has simple structure and high stability is mainly used with SAW machines.
Table rotating of industrial turntable adopts imported transducer to realize stepless regulation, wide speed range and table operation.
Table tilting is drove by AC motor with helical-worm reducer and self lock function, realized stable tilting.
The table is made by precision casting. There is T-type groove and ring type position line, available for locating and clamping work piece.
Operation is convenient by removed-control pendant.
Linkage on the control box can control with other welding equipment.

Performance features of industrial turntable :
It is applicable to kinds of axes, dicks, tank etc. Work table surface is made of finished casting, and cannot be hurt easily by welding spatter. Uniform position lines are made on the surface. T-shaped grooves are available, which can facilitate the installation of various fixing and clamping unit.
Stepless speed regulation of imported transducer is adopted for work table rotation, which has a wide speed adjustment range and high working stability.
Tilting of work table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120° with large turning torque, self-locking and reliable positioning.
All machine bodies adopt seat-type structure that gives an integral reliability. Generally, they do not need to be fixed on the foundation, and are convenient to be moved.
Remote control pendant is equipped, convenient and flexible in operation. Linkage interfaces are reserved in the electrical box, which can realize the connection and linkage operation mechanisms and welding machines.
Note: As per customer's different demands, we can also design and manufacture large load or special welding positioners; for examples, horizontal revolving platform, L-type positioner, double-column heavy positioner etc.
