ZF-1500 1500mm longitudinal seam welders
1. Introduction
1.1 Application:
ZF-1500 longitudinal seam automatic welding machine is a standard product which designed and manufactured by our company. Compact finger clamps provide steady clamping force and cooling effect to avoid distortion and over welding, moreover, one-side welding with back formation is achieved.
Base material: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, heat resisting alloy, titanium alloy and others.
Form of workpiece: cylindrical, conical, boxlike, laminar etc.
1.2 Components:
It's a cantilevered structure, main components include lathe bed, pneumatic piano type press plate, guiding beam, mandrel, electric carriage, pneumatic lifter, torch 2-D adjustable device, pneumatic system and electrical control system etc. pneumatic piano type press plate and red copper liner evenly distribute the stress for workpiece, 2-D adjustable device is used for adjusting the welding initial position.
1.3 Welding process:
You constitute an automatic welding system with TIG/MIG/MAG/PAW/SAW or other welding source and torch.
