Introduction
ALC-2 Arc Length controller is auxiliary equipment for TIG and PAW welding. It maintains precise arc length by controlling arc voltage to assure high quality welds. It measures arc voltage and compares the measurements to the pre-set parameters and then maintains the set arc by moving the torch up or down as required.
