- Reagent-free operation eliminates chemical waste and reduces costs
- Pollution-free design supports environmental compliance
- Fast response time with stable signal output via redox potential measurement
- Durable PP housing material ensures long service life
- High-quality sensor-specific cables enhance measurement accuracy
- Remove protective cap from electrode tip (avoid touching sensitive area)
- Shake electrode downward to remove internal air bubbles
- Activate new or long-unused electrodes in 1 ppm standard solution for 24 hours
- Rinse with deionized water and immerse in deionized water for 5 minutes before testing
- Connect electrode to meter and set to mV mode
- Prepare 100 mL deionized water in 150 mL beaker with stirring
- Add 1 mL of 1000 ppm standard solution, record stable reading (E₁)
- Add 10 mL of same standard solution, record stable reading (E₂)
- Calculate slope at 25°C as E₂ - E₁ and compare with specifications
Preserve electrode in deionized water or low-concentration standard solution (1 ppm). No reactivation required before reuse.
Rinse with deionized water, wipe membrane with non-woven cloth, dry thoroughly, and store in original packaging. Reactivate in 1 mg/L standard solution for over 2 hours before reuse.
If slope deviation occurs, prepare fresh diluted standard solution and soak electrode for 10 minutes before retesting. Contact technical support if issues persist.
