The biogas digester is made by adopting a technology of combining internal digester and external protector. The outer protector is made of FRP which can be used for about 20-30 years. This design minimizes damage to the internal digester, prolongs its lifespan, and creates a complete oxygen-free room for anaerobic microorganisms to do fermentation, increasing biogas output ratio.
FRP digesters and biogas ledge are made from unsaturated polyester resin, gel coat resin, chopped strand mat, and high-quality glass fiber cloth with mold after molding compound produced by several processes. The pool body surface uses gel coat resin to ensure quality and reliability of sealing, with high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, and anti-leakage characteristics.
Our company produces digesters in sizes from 6-100m³, featuring small footprint, convenient laying, quick construction, and suitability for different regions. The cell body requires no maintenance during use, providing great convenience for users.
