The production process involves a 12-meter-long fixed-length winding FRP sandwiched pipe technique. Four 3-meter-long FRP sections are produced on each mold simultaneously, with specialized equipment for grinding and shaping.
The pipe features embedded steel collar connections combined with fiberglass resin sealing for watertight joints. Steel sleeve rings provide positioning and increased resistance to uneven settlement.
