Our FRP pultruded products are manufactured by assembling FRP pultrusions with a high percentage of glass fiber roving soaked with resin, then formed into desired shapes through heating and pultrusion processes.
The pultrusion process involves continuously pulling glass fibers, matting, and synthetic surface veil through a polyester or vinyl ester resin bath, then through a heated steel die where the composite hardens into the desired geometric shape.
These products offer exceptional chemical and UV resistance with minimal maintenance requirements, making them ideal for high-corrosion environments while providing excellent load-bearing capacity.
