The desulphurization spray layer is based on the upper part of the tower, with absorption tower slurry circulating pump corresponding to each spray layer. The nozzle configuration is professionally designed to ensure optimal contact between alkali and acid reverse gas reaction, achieving maximum purification effects.
The demister system installs in the upper part of desulphurization tower with two levels. It effectively separates entrained flue gas cloud droplets, maintaining droplet concentration in flue gas export below 75 mg/Nm3 (dry basis). The equipment includes spray washing device to remove tiny dust particles and desulphurization crystallization.
