The desulfurization tower works by bringing gas into contact with liquid, transferring pollutants from the gas to the liquid, then separating the clean gas from the contaminated liquid to achieve air purification.
Particulate pollutants are removed through contact with detergent, while gaseous pollutants are transferred into washing liquid through turbulence, molecular diffusion, and chemical reactions. The exhaust gas passes through the scrubber in counter-current flow with the liquid spray for effective treatment.
