The EDJ series is a comprehensive packaged fire pump set designed as an automatic fire water supply system. This integrated solution includes a main electric pump, standby diesel engine pump, and pressure maintenance pump, all controlled through a dedicated control panel system.
The system maintains pipeline pressure between preset low (P1) and high (P2) pressure points. When pressure drops below P1, the pressure maintenance pump activates automatically, restoring pressure to P2. For increased water demand causing pressure to drop to minimum pressure P3, the electric main pump engages. If power fails or the electric pump malfunctions, the diesel backup pump activates at ultimate pressure P4, ensuring continuous fire water supply.
