The Rexroth Hydraulic Relief Valve ZDB10VP2-41 100V is a high-performance pressure reduction valve designed for hydraulic systems. Pressure reducing valves can be categorized by structure into membrane type, spring membrane type, piston type, lever type, and bellows type. They can also be classified as single seat or double seat based on the number of seats, and as positive action or reaction type based on valve disc position.
For optimal performance, the driving pressure of mechanical pumps should be set 1-1.5kg/cm² (15-20psig) higher than the back pressure. In cases where higher displacement is required, a pressure reducing valve or station is recommended to maintain proper pressure while protecting intake valves from premature wear.
Pilot-operated pressure reducing valves are particularly effective for applications requiring higher output pressures or larger diameters. These valves overcome the limitations of direct-acting types by using pressure-regulating gas supplied by a small direct-acting pressure reducing valve, resulting in more stable performance and compact design.
