HAWE Manual Directional Valve FR-2-1 Straight-Through Type For Press Machines

The HAWE FR2-1 valve is a cut-off reversing valve with an operating handle at the top, making it a manually operated reversing valve. HAWE manual reversing valve products are widely used in:

The imported HAWE FR 2-1 directional control valve features manual operation with a button in the control section. The button acts on a push rod equipped with a reset spring - as long as the button is pressed into position, the valve core will be in position A.

German HAWE cut-off directional valves with various maneuvering modes are plate-mounted valves based on leak-free, sealed, spring-loaded steel ball globe valves. The operating elements move the valves into their respective operating positions by means of right angle levers and rods.

The basic structure consists of 2/2 and 3/2 directional valves. Two reversing valves can be combined in a valve block to realize 3/4 and 4/3 function reversing valves, with a middle plate available to form a 4/2 reversing valve. The G-22 specification variant features a reinforced structural form designed for long-term strain with boundary fluctuations and high switching frequency in the upper pressure range.
