The Germany HAWE solenoid directional valve G series features a valve body made of all steel, providing excellent sealing under strong pressure with no leakage. Under normal use conditions, these valves offer extended service life compared to standard valves.

Unlike conventional valves that may develop micro-cracks on operational surfaces under full acting pressure, the G series solenoid reversing valve prevents this issue through its diamond-ground valve body. The hardened and ground valve core is precisely polished to remove all burrs, ensuring accurate rounding and appropriate sealing gap distance for minimal leakage.

Non-pressure components are typically made from zinc and aluminum molded castings (shells, spring covers, floors). For harsh conditions or series-linked valves, cast iron housings are available.
