Yuken Vane Pump AR22-FR01C-22 For Low Load Operation Of Vane Pump

The Yuken AR22-FR01C-22 vane pump is designed for low load operation and requires petroleum base oils such as anti-wear type hydraulic oils equivalent to ISO VG-32 or 46. The recommended viscosity range is 20 to 400 mm²/s with an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C.

When installing the pump, position the filling port upwards. Use flexible couplings to minimize stress and maintain alignment within 0.1 mm TIR maximum permissible misalignment and 0.2° maximum permissible misangularity.

Permissible suction pressure at inlet port is between -16.7 and +50 kPa. Maintain the pump suction port within one meter from the oil level in the reservoir.

Use pipes of the same diameter as the specified pipe flange for suction port connections. For steel pipe installations, consider rubber hoses to prevent excessive noise from piping loads.

Important: Maintain oil contamination within NAS Grade 10. Equip suction port with at least a 100 µm (150 mesh) reservoir type filter and return line with a line type filter under 10 µm.
