Installation & Operation Guidelines
- Ensure oil cleanliness meets NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9) and configure a 10μm filter in the pipeline.
- Calibrate the coaxiality of the valve body and the actuator to avoid seal failure or valve core jamming.
- Prohibit overpressure operation and regularly monitor oil temperature (≤65℃) and vibration signals.
- Check seal wear every 500 hours and replace hydraulic oil every 2000 hours.
- Preheat oil to above 15°C when starting in cold environments.
