Product Description
Pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valves maintain a constant reduced pressure at port 1 from a high primary pressure at the inlet (port 2), featuring full-flow relief functionality to tank (port 3).
- Reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 may close the main spool - consider adding a check valve if reverse free flow is required
- For critical pilot flow applications, direct acting reducing/relieving valves are recommended
- Exceptional pressure/flow characteristics with high stability and low hysteresis
- Pressure at port 3 adds directly to valve setting at 1:1 ratio (max 5000 psi)
- Sun floating style construction minimizes internal binding from installation torque or machining variations
- EPDM seals available for phosphate ester fluid systems (incompatible with petroleum-based fluids)
