      The PGH4-2X/040RE11VE4 is a fixed displacement internal gear pump from Bosch Rexroth's “PGH” series. It features a frame size of 4, a component series of 2X, a nominal displacement of 40 cm³/rev, and a rated operating pressure of 350 bar. It is suitable for high-pressure, high-load hydraulic systems. Features a high-strength cast iron housing, fluid-dynamic supported pinion shaft, internal gearing hollow gears, axial compensation plates, and “crescent-shaped” seal segment assemblies. The axial plates and radial seal rollers automatically compensate for wear under pressure, ensuring extremely low internal leakage and improving volumetric efficiency. Dual shaft seal design (FKM + NBR) with an optional “W” seal version, compatible with HFC flame-resistant hydraulic oil.
