The valve core is made of carbide with a surface hardness of HRC65 and outstanding wear resistance. It can still maintain stable performance under high temperature and high particle pollution conditions (such as dust environment in thermal power plants).

Supports low temperature scenes of -55℃, and no deformation after 72 hours of temperature change test. Special coating treatment can resist sulfate electrolyte corrosion and is suitable for special media scenes such as garbage trucks.

Precautions for use
Media and installation requirements
Must match NAS7 level or above filters to avoid slow movement caused by oil impurities; during installation, strictly follow the fluid flow direction (low inlet and high outlet) to ensure sealing.
Maintenance and care
Regularly check the filter element blockage (NAS7 level or above filter element is recommended), and shorten the maintenance cycle under extreme working conditions. Electromagnetic components must be IP67 grade packaged and stored to prevent moisture.
Fault diagnosis
Supports self-diagnosis of faults in power-off state, and the maintenance cost is 23% lower than similar products. If abnormal movement occurs, first check the filter element status and whether the electromagnetic force is normal.
