Precautions for use
Check before starting:
Ensure that the oil is clean and free of impurities, the viscosity meets the requirements, and the oil level is normal to avoid idling;
Confirm that the direction of the inlet and outlet is correct to prevent reverse installation from damaging the pump body.
Operation monitoring:
When starting, run at a low speed first, and then gradually increase the speed after the pressure stabilizes;
The working pressure must be controlled within the rated range, and the oil temperature must be maintained at 30–60℃ (high temperature resistant models must be selected if it exceeds 70℃);
No idling is strictly prohibited to avoid abnormal wear of gears, seals and bearings.
Media restrictions:
It is only suitable for lubricating liquids (such as hydraulic oil and fuel), and corrosive liquids, liquids containing solid particles or low flash point liquids (such as gasoline) cannot be transported.
Regular maintenance:
Check the status of seals and replace aging parts in time to prevent leakage;
Regularly add grease to keep the bearings clean; measure the insulation resistance of the winding before long-term shutdown.
Common problem prevention
Excessive noise: Check the cleanliness and sealing of the oil, and eliminate air intake or wear factors;
Abnormal temperature rise: Optimize the heat dissipation design to avoid continuous overload operation;
