Q1: During the accident, the pre-tensioner was activated. If the seat belt cannot be retracted and repaired, can it still be fixed? 
A: It is strictly prohibited to repair or reuse. 
Once the pre-tightener's propellant is detonated, the internal gear mechanism of the reel-catcher has already undergone deformation. 
Factory recommendation: The entire set must be replaced (including the roll-catcher assembly, the latch, and the bolts under the B-pillar). The repair center should inform the owner that the repair process poses a significant risk of fracture and constitutes a serious safety hazard.

Q2: If the goods received by the dealer are defective, what is the factory's return and exchange policy? 
A:​

Appearance defects (such as wire fraying on the straps, scratches on the casing): Please take photos and feedback within 7 days after receiving the goods. The factory will be responsible for re-delivery or refund. 
Functional defects (such as freezing or not retracting): Provide video evidence. The factory will cover the shipping cost and re-send for free. 
Note: Any parts that have been installed on the vehicle and have been involved in an accident are not covered by the quality warranty (unless it can be proven that it was due to a material defect at the time of manufacture).

Q3: How long is the validity period of the overstocked seat belts? 
A: The physical lifespan of the seat belt webbing and plastic parts is approximately 10 years. However, in humid environments, the metal coil springs may rust. It is recommended that dealers follow the "first in, first out" principle and keep the inventory for no more than 3 years.
