1.Description
BGD 580 Reflectance Tester complies with the requirements of reflectance method in GB/T 23981.1-2019 ‘Determination of Covering Power of Colour Paint and Varnish Part 1: Determination of the Contrast Ratio of White and Light-coloured Paint’, which consists of a probe, a main unit, a standard plate (one for each of black and white), and a working ceramic plate (two each for each of black and white), etc. It is designed to measure the reflectance of a specimen. The probe adopts the principle of 0 ° irradiation, 45 ° reception, when the reflected light of the specimen acts on the surface of the selenium photocell to generate an electrical signal into the DC amplifier for amplification, and be read to display. The value of the instrument is proportional to the intensity of the reflected light on the test surface.
