1.Description: When the spray gun is spraying the workpiece, the paint sprayed by the spray gun cannot be completely absorbed by the workpiece, so a large amount of paint mist that is harmful to the human body will be generated. In order to prevent the paint mist from polluting the indoor and outdoor air and maintain the health of the spray workers, our company has developed a desktop water curtain spray booth suitable for small-scale laboratory spraying.

The spray booth adopts the latest design scheme and uses the negative pressure principle. When working, the negative pressure formed by the strong airflow (suction) in the air flow channel at the bottom of the water curtain causes the water vortex generated here to suck in and flush the sprayed paint. The air is discharged to the outside by the blower, and the residual oil remains in the water. The spray booth can directly hit the residual paint powder during spraying into the pool or the surface of the water curtain, and the treatment effect is more than 90%. The odor and excess paint powder generated during spraying are filtered by the water curtain screen and discharged to the outside of the spray room through the exhaust fan, which plays a role in purifying the spraying working environment and protecting personal health, making the surface of the sprayed workpiece smoother and smoother.

Structural description:

1. Paint mist capture system: It consists of a stainless steel water curtain plate, a circulating water tank, a water curtain and a water baffle. The water curtain plate is facing the operating surface and is tightly spliced ​​with a 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate. The water in the surface flow channel does not flow or impact, and maintains a 2mm thick water film. Most of the paint mist after painting is fully mixed with the runoff water on the surface of the water curtain plate and falls into the circulating water tank. The circulating water pump is installed in front of the filter inlet.

2. Water supply system: It consists of a circulating water pump, a valve, a water curtain overflow box and a pipeline.

3. Exhaust system: It consists of a baffle oil mist separator, a centrifugal exhaust fan, several exhaust ducts and a fan fixing frame. It is a large air volume and low concentration emission. The oil mist separator is located behind the water curtain plate and has a labyrinth structure. It can effectively separate and condense the water mist in the air and return it to the circulating water tank to prevent excessive volatilization.
