1.Description: BGD 370 automatic coating sample preparation workstation is a fully automatic coating sample preparation workstation that integrates automatic plate picking, automatic coating, and automatic drying. The workstation uses a collaborative robot with spraying and drying functions, which can automatically and quickly prepare standard-sized samples. It has the following characteristics:
* Lightweight robot with a high degree of automation, integrating automatic plate picking, automatic spraying, and automatic drying.
* Spraying exhaust gas treatment device: automatic water tank water curtain, dry and wet at the same time, to avoid air pollution as much as possible.
* Built-in integrated drying device.
* The test plate rack is moved up and down, and different test plate racks can be customized according to different test plates, which is flexible and versatile.
* The spray gun quick-change mechanism is adopted, and the Graco spray gun is standardly equipped, which can realize the automatic control of various spray gun parameters and spraying modes. Air spray guns of other brands can also be replaced according to needs.
* Paint and solvent adopt pressure feeding device, and automatic color changing valve switching device is installed, which can automatically switch after spraying is completed, realizing double coating and automatic cleaning function of spraying.
* Optional gear pump feeding, precise control of the flow rate of spraying samples, calculation and display of wet film thickness, and the required coating wet film thickness can be obtained without repeated adjustment.
* Intelligent automatic cleaning mode: blowpipe spraying-solvent cleaning-blowpipe drying, saving cleaning solvent, and equipped with waste liquid tank to receive cleaning waste liquid.
* The workstation is equipped with a baking chamber, the maximum baking temperature can reach 150℃, and the baking function can be automatically realized after the test plate is sprayed.
* The workstation is equipped with active exhaust filtration function, and the water curtain uses a submersible pump for water circulation.
