1.Description:
Designed in accordance with GB/T 6739, ISO 15184 and ASTM D 3363, scratches are made on the dried coating film with a pencil of a certain hardness grade, and the hardest pencil grade that does not cause damage to the coating film is indicated. This instrument features a compact size, light weight, simple and scientific operation, etc. It can be used in both laboratories and construction sites, and is capable of testing the hardness of coating films in any direction.
Meanwhile, we have also designed the BGD 506/2S pencil hardness tester with an all-stainless steel body. Besides the above-mentioned features, the pad for adjusting the level of this instrument is designed as an integrated unit and can automatically lock the pencil, which greatly facilitates the operators to load and unload the pencil and adjust the level of the instrument.
