1.Description:
The BGD 507/S Mar Resistance Tester is a newly developed instrument by our company for rapid and accurate measurement of the hardness of coated pencils. It overcomes the defect that the speed of the traditional small trolley type pencil hardness tester cannot be kept constant, and greatly eliminates the influence of human factors on the test results. In addition, this instrument can set different loads on the pencil lead, meeting various testing standards and application requirements.
The speed of pencil scratching can be set, and the entire scratching process is smooth.
The load capacity of the pencil can be set according to different standard requirements, such as 7.5N, 750g, 500g, 1000g, etc
Special fixture design makes the installation of pencils simpler and more convenient
The pencil load is precisely controlled by sensors without the need to adjust the instrument level
