1.Description

    This Intelligent Inkometer adopts the highest configuration of modern intelligent industrial control: PLC (Siemens) + touch screen (Taiwan Weilun) + servo motor (Taiwan Delta) can clearly and accurately display the instantaneous copper roller rotation speed, water tank temperature, and automatically adjust the test conditions that do not meet the requirements (the servo motor can ensure that the rotation speed does not exceed 1 revolution), ensuring that the test can be carried out under stable conditions in any situation, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy and repeatability of the experimental data.

    This instrument adopts a humanized design and can be set for fully automatic measurement and manual measurement. The entire process does not require manual operation of the clutch pressure between the test roller and the ink distribution roller; the instrument completes it automatically. The instrument sensor and no-load calibration are simple, and the viscosity value can be calibrated to be consistent with that of other brands of instruments. On the other hand, the instrument can also be expanded to the function of reading data from an external PC (optional).
