1.Description    

 Zahn cups, also known as Chai cups, are designed in accordance with ASTM D 4212 to measure the viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian fluids. It can be used anywhere in the shop, factory, and laboratory to quickly check and adjust the viscosity of many different fluids. The proper cup size should be selected before use in order to control the outflow time between 20 and 80 seconds. The viscosity cups are more widely used in the ink and printing industry.
    Every Cain cup manufactured by BiaoGeDa is rigorously calibrated with Newtonian standard oil traceable to NIST oil before leaving the factory. Each cup is labeled with its corresponding calibration factor "K".
    Each dip cup has a 12-inch long loop handle that is held by hand to dip the cup into a liquid container. A finger loop in the center of the handle allows the cup to be held in a vertical position during use.
    The results obtained for a particular dip cup are expressed in "TWAIN seconds" at a specified temperature. To convert "Cain's seconds" to centistokes, refer to the following equation (ASTM D 4212).
