1. Introduction

2. working principle 
Utilizing the principle of the differential pressure method, a pre-treated specimen is placed between the upper and lower measuring surfaces, creating a constant pressure difference between the two sides of the specimen. Under the action of the pressure difference, gas flows through the specimen from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side. Based on the area of the specimen, the pressure difference and the flow rate, the permeability of the specimen is calculated.
