The LRL-A type sanitary ceramic crack resistance testing machine is equipped with a FRPP water tank and FP type reinforced polypropylene anti-corrosion water pump. It has strong resistance to rust and corrosion. The control system uses an intelligent digital regulator and time relay for control, featuring automatic temperature control and automatic shutdown upon completion of the test. This machine operates reliably, is easy to operate, and provides accurate testing results. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 6952-2006 "Sanitary Ceramics" for testing equipment for crack resistance tests.
2.Work Conditions Requirements
a) The environmental temperature ranges from 10ºC to 30ºC.
b) The temperature of the water added is between 10ºC and 30ºC.
c) The relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 85%.
d) Power supply voltage: AC 220V, with a fluctuation range not exceeding ±10% of the rated voltage;
e) The power frequency is 50Hz ± 2%.
f) In an environment without vibration;
g) There are no corrosive substances around.
