1.Description:

Instrument purpose: It is used to measure the thermal shock resistance of refractory products.

Execution standard: This equipment is manufactured in accordance with the requirements for equipment in YB/T 376.2 "Test Method for Thermal Shock Resistance of Refractory Products (Air Quenching Method)".

Instrument structure: It consists of a main unit and a control cabinet.

Control mode: This test furnace is controlled by an intelligent instrument, with accurate and reliable temperature control, simple and convenient operation; this machine has a high degree of automation and can complete various tasks such as automatic heating, heat preservation, and soft shutdown. It can achieve full-process automatic control, semi-automatic recording of thermal shock times, and has testing software that can be connected to a computer for control and data processing.

Safety performance: It is equipped with alarm devices for open circuit, broken rods, overcurrent, and overvoltage, as well as accident alarm and leakage protection functions, with complete safety facilities.
