This machine is suitable for various non-conductive coating layers and various plastic products for oil spraying and screen printing surface friction resistance tests. For example: computer, mobile phone (P.D.A), MP3, CD, VCD, DVD, electronic dictionary, cordless phone, and other surfaces for wear resistance testing.

This machine adopts a variable cam structure and is driven by imported roller tracks, allowing the workpiece to perform up and down variable position movements with the motor. The machine runs smoothly, with low noise. The test times are directly displayed through a digital display instrument. The machine is equipped with three standard fixtures: 45-degree pencil hardness scratch test fixture, eraser test fixture, and alcohol test fixture. Two sets of test platforms are provided, enabling the simultaneous testing of two different products.
