Introduction

The color tester comes in two models: 565-45 and 565-D. It is used to measure both color (with an angle of 45/0 for 565-45 and an angle of d/8 with a hole diameter of 11mm) and gloss (at an angle of 60° with a hole diameter of 5×10mm) in accordance with DIN, ISO and ASTM standards.

The perception of color effect varies greatly from person to person. It is impossible to fully remember the color effect or convey it verbally to others. Modern color measurement methods are not affected by the individual perception of the user and can accurately collect color data for inspection, comparison and design purposes. Since the color effect is influenced by the gloss characteristic, it is also necessary to measure the gloss simultaneously. Color and gloss are elements of the appearance of an object. Two samples with the same color but different glosses appear visually different: a shiny surface will appear darker and more saturated. To achieve a unified appearance, it is necessary to test both effects. Compared with most other suppliers' color measuring instruments, it can measure both color and gloss simultaneously! No matter under any circumstances, the reasons for the differences can be clearly determined.
