ISO 2060/3801 BS 2471 Electronic Yarn Count Detection System ASTM D1907 Yarn Count Testing System

Introduction

The electronic yarn count detection system is composed of a precision electronic balance (measurement range: 600 grams × 0.01 gram), connected through an RS232 bidirectional interface and a microcomputer. The software system of this system can automatically calculate the total value, average, minimum, maximum yarn count, standard deviation and C.V. percentage of any yarn sample within any test section.

This instrument is used under the internationally recognized standard testing conditions. It can measure the yarn count of fiber strips, coarse yarns, fine yarns, etc., and can also be used to determine the weight per square meter of fabrics. The model of the microcomputer can be selected, depending on the supply situation. It includes a printer.
