Purpose/Strengths
This machine is used to measure the blend ratio of fibers and is a powerful vibration machine used in the fiber dissolution process.
By setting up three timers, intermittent vibration operations can be achieved, that is, 10 minutes of intense vibration followed by 5 minutes of rest, and then another 5 minutes of vibration. Moreover, through the "high speed ⇔ low speed" switch, the vibration speed can be instantly changed, and any vibration speed can be set using the transmission.
Considering that the solution contains sulfuric acid, the special design of this machine ensures both safety and durability in use.
