Scope of Application

The debris and impurity analyzer MK2 (cotton type) can detect the content of debris, impurities and fine dust in cotton fiber samples weighing up to 100 grams. It can also be used to detect the content of non-fiber components in synthetic fibers, or to loosen and remove impurities from fibers for further testing. This analyzer uses the principle of airflow analysis to separate fibers from non-fiber components. It is equipped with a pushcart frame and can be moved.

GB/T 6499-2007 "Test Method for Impurity Content of Raw Cotton".

 

Product Details

The debris and impurity analyzer MK2 (wool type) can test the content of fiber components and other foreign substances in raw wool, wool strips and waste wool. It can also be used for sample preparation before fineness testing. It can also be used to detect the felting rate (manufacturing rate) of valuable fibers such as cashmere (wool) and angora wool, or to determine the content of non-fiber components in synthetic long fibers. It is equipped with an electrostatic eliminator and a cart frame.
