Introduction

The finished shoe bending angle testing machine is used for testing the bending resistance performance of finished shoes. By inspecting the force value required when the sample shoe is bent to a certain angle or the angle reached when a certain force is applied, the bending resistance performance of the sample shoe material is evaluated. It adopts a high-precision decoder to accurately read the angle value and has a quick return function.

Experimental Principle

The fixture holds the front part of the shoe (confirming the 1/3 of the forefoot, located at the position of the rotating shaft). After the motor starts, it drives the pulley, causing the rotating shaft to drive the rotating plate to apply a force of 30N to the shoe at a speed of 100mm/min for testing. A decoder is installed at the rotating shaft to sense the angle of the rotating plate and display the value through the monitor.

Result determination: Fixed force shows angle, fixed angle shows force.
