Product Description

This device is a transient thermophysical property analysis system developed based on the Laser Flash Method. It uses a high-energy-density narrow-pulse laser as a transient heat source to perform non-contact, uniform irradiation on the upper surface of the sample. A high-resolution infrared detector is used to collect the temperature-time (T-t) response curve of the lower surface of the sample in real time.  Based on the Parker theoretical model and the Cowan correction algorithm, it accurately calculates the three core thermophysical parameters of the material: thermal conductivity (λ), thermal diffusivity (a), and volumetric specific heat capacity (cp). It is a key analytical instrument for material research and development, performance verification, and quality control. It is used to measure the thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, and specific heat capacity of various materials under controlled temperature and atmosphere.

It is widely used in various industrial materials, building materials, refractory materials, process materials, ceramic materials, food, etc.

The instrument fully complies with international and national standards such as ASTM E1461, DIN 30905, ISO 22007-4, and GB/T 22588, and is also compatible with standards such as GJB 1201.1-91.

 

Main Features

1. It can perform thermophysical property testing of solid blocks, thin films, fibers, powders, composite materials, and liquid media, and is compatible with standard or customized sample sizes such as circular (Φ12.7mm/Φ25.4mm) and square.

2. The non-contact heat source-detector design completely eliminates the risk of contact thermal resistance and sample mechanical damage. It can adapt to harsh testing environments such as high temperature, high pressure, vacuum, and inert atmosphere, meeting the needs of in-situ thermophysical characterization of special materials. 3. The entire system features a desktop design with an external high-power laser, a centrally located external heating furnace, and a top-mounted detector;

4. The main unit uses both an LCD touch screen and system software for dual control;

5. The sample tray can rotate automatically 360°, and the system can precisely set the desired sample position. The mechanical tray has numbered positions (1-3 or 1-6);

6. It utilizes a dual cooling system with external closed-loop water cooling and fan cooling;

7. The furnace body can be automatically raised and lowered, with an automatic limit switch;

8. The sample loading mechanical tray moves up and down for closing;
