KXD Steel aimed to address client’s assembled with a sustainable, cost-effective, and rapid construction solution. The project utilized prefabricated modular shipping container units to create a modern, energy-efficient residential complex with minimal on-site disruption.

Modular Design & Fabrication:

Standardized Units: 20ft high-cube shipping containers were repurposed into modular living units (studio/1-2 bedroom layouts).

Off-Site Construction: 90% of components (walls, electrical, plumbing, insulation) were prefabricated in EcoBox’s factory, reducing on-site labor by 60%.
